BANDLINK 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iPhoneアプリ「BANDLINK」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、バンドメンバー募集、プロフィール、参加依頼、メッセージなど、音楽活動の相手を探すための場を提供します。開発者は、ユーザー同士の契約、活動、面会、演奏、金銭の授受その他の結果について当事者にはなりません。

2. 利用条件とアカウント

本アプリの利用にはAppleのiCloudおよびCloudKitを使用できる環境が必要です。ユーザーは、自身の端末、Apple Accountおよび投稿内容を適切に管理し、第三者になりすましてはなりません。法令またはAppleの規約により本アプリを利用できない方は利用できません。

3. ユーザーコンテンツ

ユーザーは、プロフィール、募集、写真、メッセージなど、自ら投稿または送信する内容について責任を負います。投稿に必要な権利を保有し、第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利を侵害しないでください。

本アプリの提供、安全対策、通報対応および機能上必要な表示のため、ユーザーは開発者に対し、投稿内容を保存、複製、表示および確認するための非独占的な権限を許諾します。コンテンツの所有権が開発者へ移転するものではありません。

4. 禁止事項

BANDLINK は、不適切なコンテンツまたは他のユーザーに対する嫌がらせ・虐待行為を一切許容しません。

5. モデレーション

開発者は、通報または把握した情報を確認し、本規約違反、安全上の問題、法令上の必要があると合理的に判断した場合、投稿削除、機能制限、アカウントの利用停止、サービスからの排除その他必要な措置を講じることがあります。ただし、すべての投稿を事前または常時監視する義務を負うものではありません。

6. ユーザー間のやり取り

初対面の相手へ住所、電話番号、勤務先、学校、金融情報などを安易に伝えないでください。面会する場合は、公共の場所を選び、信頼できる人へ予定を共有するなど安全に配慮してください。金銭、機材、スタジオ代、出演条件などは当事者間で十分に確認してください。

7. データの削除と利用終了

ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定からBANDLINKデータを削除し、利用を終了できます。安全確保、通報対応、法令遵守および削除済み共有データの再表示防止に必要な最小限の情報は、プライバシーポリシーに記載する範囲で保持される場合があります。

8. サービスの変更・中断

開発者は、保守、障害、AppleまたはCloudKitの仕様変更、法令対応その他の理由により、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、中断または終了することがあります。重要な変更は可能な範囲で案内します。

9. 保証と責任

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、常時利用可能であること、データが失われないこと、募集相手が見つかること、ユーザー情報が正確であることを保証しません。適用法令で認められる範囲において、ユーザー間の紛争、CloudKitや通信の障害、第三者の行為による損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。法令上制限できない責任は除きます。

10. 規約の変更

機能や法令の変更に応じて本規約を更新することがあります。更新後の規約は本ページへ掲載し、施行日を更新します。

BANDLINK Terms of Use

Effective: September 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of BANDLINK. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service

BANDLINK provides a place to publish band-member opportunities, create profiles, send join requests, and message other musicians. The developer is not a party to agreements, activities, meetings, performances, payments, or other arrangements between users.

2. Eligibility and account

You need access to Apple iCloud and CloudKit. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, and content, and must not impersonate another person. Do not use the app if prohibited by law or Apple's terms.

3. Your content

You are responsible for profiles, posts, photos, messages, and other content you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit it and must respect others' intellectual property, image, privacy, reputation, and other rights. You grant the developer non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display, and review content only as needed to operate the app, provide safety features, and respond to reports. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited conduct

BANDLINK has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive conduct toward other users.

You may not engage in illegal or dangerous conduct; fraud; threats; harassment; discrimination; impersonation; sexual, violent, hateful, or seriously offensive content; conduct that endangers minors; rights infringement; spam; coercive solicitation; non-consensual disclosure of personal information or private conversations; interference, vulnerability probing, or unauthorized access; or evasion or abuse of safety features. See the Community Guidelines.

5. Moderation

When the developer reasonably believes content or conduct violates these Terms, presents a safety concern, or requires legal action, the developer may remove posts, restrict features, suspend accounts, eject users from the service, or take other necessary action. The developer is not required to pre-screen or continuously monitor every post.

6. User interactions

Use care before sharing addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, schools, or financial information. Meet in public, tell someone you trust about your plans, and confirm any payment, equipment, studio, or performance terms directly with the other user.

7. Deletion

You can delete BANDLINK data in the app. Minimal information may be retained for safety, reporting, legal compliance, and preventing deleted shared content from reappearing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, incidents, Apple or CloudKit changes, legal compliance, or other reasons. Important changes will be announced when practical.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of data, successful matches, or accuracy of user content. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for disputes between users, CloudKit or network failures, or third-party conduct. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when features or laws change. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
