本ポリシーは、iPhoneアプリ「BANDLINK」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明します。本アプリは、バンドメンバー募集、プロフィール、参加依頼、メッセージ、通報、ブロックなどの機能を提供します。
利用するアカウントとサービス
本アプリはAppleのiCloudおよびCloudKitを使用します。利用には、端末でiCloudへサインインし、本アプリのiCloud利用を有効にする必要があります。本アプリは、AppleがCloudKit用に発行するユーザーレコード識別子を、投稿者や会話参加者の識別に利用します。Apple Accountのメールアドレス、パスワード、氏名を本アプリが取得または公開することはありません。
公開される情報
次の情報は、ユーザーが登録または投稿した場合、CloudKitのPublic Databaseへ保存され、ほかのBANDLINKユーザーに表示されます。
- 公開プロフィール: ニックネーム、プロフィール写真、地域、年代、担当パート、経験、ジャンル、活動頻度、活動方針、自己紹介、好きなアーティスト
- 募集投稿: 募集種別、タイトル、都道府県、募集パート、ジャンル、活動方針、活動頻度、曜日、対象年代、本文、好きなアーティスト、投稿画像、投稿者名、状態、作成・更新日時
プロフィール写真と募集画像は、ユーザーがAppleの写真ピッカーで明示的に選んだものだけを読み込み、縮小・圧縮してCloudKitへ保存します。本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。
参加依頼とメッセージ
参加依頼には、送信者・受信者のCloudKitユーザーレコード識別子、表示名、対象募集、共有会話への参加に必要な情報、作成日時が含まれます。受信者が承認すると、AppleのCloudKit共有機能（CKShare）を用いて参加者だけがアクセスできる会話が作成されます。
会話とメッセージはCloudKitのPrivate DatabaseまたはShared Databaseへ保存されます。メッセージ本文はCloudKitの暗号化対象フィールドとして保存され、承認された会話参加者だけがアプリ上で閲覧できます。AppleによるiCloudおよびCloudKitのデータ処理には、Appleのプライバシーポリシーと利用条件が適用されます。
非公開で保存される情報
お気に入り、ブロック、処理済み参加依頼、退会処理用のデータ索引などは、ユーザー本人のCloudKit Private Databaseへ保存されます。これらは通常、ほかのBANDLINKユーザーには表示されません。
通報と安全対策
通報を送信すると、通報対象の種類と識別子、理由、任意で入力した詳細、確認に必要な対象コンテンツの写し、作成日時、対応状態がCloudKitへ保存されます。通報内容は、通報されたユーザーや一般ユーザーには公開せず、不正利用の防止、安全確保、調査および運営対応のために利用します。
分析、広告、トラッキング、課金
本アプリは広告配信のためGoogle Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）を使用します。Googleは広告の配信、表示回数の計測、不正利用の防止、広告の品質・パフォーマンス改善のため、端末情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、広告識別子その他の端末識別子、広告の表示・タップなどの利用情報、診断情報を処理する場合があります。処理される情報は、端末設定、地域、同意状況およびGoogleの広告設定により異なります。詳しくはGoogleプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleのサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の利用をご確認ください。
必要な地域ではGoogle User Messaging Platformを通じて広告に関する同意画面を表示し、同意または法的根拠が確認されるまで広告リクエストを開始しません。必要な場合は、アプリ内の設定から広告のプライバシー設定を再度開くことができます。本アプリ独自の第三者解析SDK、App Tracking Transparencyの許可要求、アプリ内課金、サブスクリプションは現時点で実装していません。
データの共有
公開プロフィールと募集投稿は、上記のとおりほかのBANDLINKユーザーへ公開されます。メッセージは承認された会話参加者と共有されます。通報は安全管理と運営対応のために取り扱います。法令上必要な場合を除き、開発者がユーザーデータを販売することはありません。
保存期間と削除
投稿やプロフィールなどは、ユーザーが編集・削除するか、アプリ内の「データを削除／退会」を完了するまでCloudKitに保持されます。退会処理では、公開プロフィールと画像、本人が投稿した募集と画像、お気に入り、ブロック、参加依頼の処理履歴、本人が所有する会話、送信した参加依頼、本人が送信したメッセージなど、アプリが本人のデータとして特定できる情報を削除します。通信障害などで一部が完了しなかった場合は、アプリから再試行できます。
不正防止と運営対応のため、通報は退会後も一般ユーザーから閲覧できない状態で保持する場合があります。また、過去の参加依頼や共有会話が再表示されることを防ぐため、削除日時のみを示す最小限の記録をPrivate DatabaseおよびPublic Databaseに保持します。この削除記録にはプロフィール、投稿本文、写真、メッセージ本文は含まれません。
CloudKit上のデータはユーザーのiCloudストレージを使用する場合があります。本アプリを端末から削除するだけでは、CloudKit上のデータが直ちに削除されない場合があります。BANDLINKデータを削除する場合は、先にアプリ内の退会機能をご利用ください。
ユーザーの選択
- プロフィールや募集へ登録する内容と写真を選択できます。
- お気に入りの解除、ユーザーのブロック、募集の編集・終了ができます。
- 設定画面からBANDLINKデータの削除と退会を実行できます。
- iOSの設定で本アプリのiCloud利用を変更できます。ただし、無効にすると主要機能を利用できません。

BANDLINK Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the iPhone app BANDLINK handles information. BANDLINK provides band-member recruitment posts, public profiles, join requests, messaging, reports, blocking, and related features.
Account and service used
BANDLINK uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit. You must be signed in to iCloud on your device and allow the app to use iCloud. The app uses the CloudKit user record identifier issued by Apple to identify post owners and conversation participants. The app does not obtain or publish your Apple Account email address, password, or account name.
Public information
If you provide or post them, public profile details and recruitment-post details are stored in the CloudKit Public Database and shown to other BANDLINK users. These may include your nickname, profile photo, area, age range, parts, experience, genres, activity details, bio, artists, recruitment title and description, photos, owner display name, status, and dates.
The app reads only images you explicitly select with Apple's photo picker. Selected images are resized, compressed, and uploaded to CloudKit. The app does not browse your entire photo library.
Join requests and messages
A join request includes CloudKit user record identifiers, display names, the relevant post, information required to join a shared conversation, and its creation date. After acceptance, a conversation is shared only with its participants using Apple CloudKit sharing (CKShare).
Conversations and messages are stored in the CloudKit Private or Shared Database. Message bodies are stored as CloudKit encrypted-value fields and are readable in the app only by accepted participants. Apple's privacy policy and terms govern Apple's processing of iCloud and CloudKit data.
Private information
Favorites, blocks, handled invitation history, and deletion indexes are stored in your CloudKit Private Database and are not normally visible to other BANDLINK users.
Reports and safety
A report may include the target type and identifier, selected reason, optional details, a snapshot needed for review, creation date, and moderation status. Reports are not shown to the reported user or general users. They are used for abuse prevention, safety, investigation, and moderation.
Analytics, advertising, tracking, and purchases
BANDLINK uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertising. Depending on device settings, region, consent status, and Google's advertising settings, Google may process device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising or other device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, quality, and performance. Where required, BANDLINK uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent and does not request ads until consent or another applicable legal basis permits it. Advertising privacy options can be reopened from in-app Settings when required. BANDLINK currently contains no separate third-party analytics SDK, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Sharing
Public profiles and recruitment posts are shared with other BANDLINK users. Messages are shared with accepted conversation participants. Reports are handled for safety and moderation. The developer does not sell user data, except that information may be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Profiles and posts remain in CloudKit until edited or deleted, or until in-app account deletion is completed. Account deletion removes information the app can identify as yours, including your public profile and images, recruitment posts and images, favorites, blocks, handled invitation history, conversations you own, join requests you sent, and messages you sent. If a network failure prevents completion, deletion can be retried in the app.
Reports may be retained after deletion in a form inaccessible to general users. Minimal deletion-time records may remain in the Private and Public Databases to prevent old invitations or shared conversations from reappearing. These markers contain no profile, post text, photos, or message body.
CloudKit data may use your iCloud storage. Deleting the app alone may not immediately remove CloudKit data. Use the in-app deletion feature before uninstalling to delete BANDLINK data.
Your choices
You choose what profile, recruitment, and photo information to provide. You can remove favorites, block users, edit or close posts, delete BANDLINK data in Settings, and change iCloud access in iOS Settings.
