BANDLINKは、音楽を通じて安心してメンバーを探し、対話できる場を目指します。すべてのプロフィール、募集、写真、参加依頼、メッセージに本ガイドラインが適用されます。
歓迎される使い方
- 募集内容、活動地域、頻度、目標、費用などを正確に伝える
- 相手の経験、年齢、音楽性、都合の違いを尊重する
- 断られた場合は意思を尊重し、繰り返し連絡しない
- 写真や作品は、自分が公開する権利を持つものだけを投稿する
禁止する内容・行為
- 誹謗中傷、差別、脅迫、ストーカー行為、いじめ、性的な嫌がらせ
- 露骨な性的コンテンツ、残虐なコンテンツ、憎悪をあおるコンテンツ
- 未成年者への不適切な接触、搾取、危険な誘い出し
- なりすまし、詐欺、金銭・機材の不正取得、危険または違法な勧誘
- スパム、同一内容の大量投稿、音楽活動と無関係な広告や勧誘
- 他人の住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、勤務先、学校、会話内容などの無断公開
- 権利者の許可がない写真、音源、歌詞、ロゴその他の著作物の投稿
- 通報者の特定、報復、ブロック回避、複数アカウント等による制限回避
安全に会うために
- 初回は人目のあるスタジオ、ライブハウス、カフェなどを選んでください。
- 予定と相手の情報を、家族や友人など信頼できる人に共有してください。
- 不安を感じたら会わず、連絡を中止してブロックしてください。
- 送金や高額機材の受け渡しを急かす相手には注意してください。
通報とブロック
問題のある募集またはメッセージは、画面内メニューから通報できます。相手との新しい接触を避けたい場合はブロックしてください。通報には確認に必要な対象コンテンツの写しが含まれる場合がありますが、通報された相手や一般ユーザーには公開されません。
生命や身体に差し迫った危険、犯罪被害、未成年者の安全に関する緊急事態では、地域の警察・消防その他の専門窓口へ直ちに連絡してください。
対応
本ガイドラインまたは利用規約への違反が確認された場合、内容の削除・非表示、機能制限、利用停止などの措置を行う場合があります。重大な危険や法令上の要請がある場合は、必要な範囲で関係機関へ情報を提供することがあります。

BANDLINK Community Guidelines

BANDLINK is intended to be a safe place to find musicians and communicate through music. These Guidelines apply to profiles, recruitment posts, photos, join requests, and messages.
Positive participation
- Describe roles, location, schedule, goals, and costs accurately.
- Respect differences in experience, age, musical taste, and availability.
- Respect rejection and do not repeatedly contact someone who declines.
- Post only photos and works you have the right to share.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post or engage in defamation, discrimination, threats, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate, inappropriate contact with or exploitation of minors, impersonation, fraud, theft, illegal or dangerous solicitation, spam, unrelated promotion, non-consensual disclosure of personal information or private conversations, intellectual-property infringement, retaliation against reporters, block evasion, or other attempts to evade restrictions.
Meeting safely
For a first meeting, choose a public studio, venue, or café; share your plans with someone you trust; stop contact if you feel unsafe; and be cautious if someone pressures you to transfer money or valuable equipment.
Report and block
Use the in-app menu to report problematic posts or messages, and block users to prevent new contact. A report may include a snapshot needed for review, but it is not shown to the reported user or general users. For immediate danger, crime, or child-safety emergencies, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal or hiding, feature restrictions, suspension, or other measures. Information may be provided to authorities when required by law or necessary to address a serious safety threat.
