BetWardは、賭けなかった日・賭けてしまった日・衝動があった日と金額を記録し、守れたお金や目標への進捗を振り返るためのiPhoneアプリです。

不具合や使い方については、端末機種、iOSバージョン、発生手順を添えて、tani@ymail.ne.jp までご連絡ください。
記録や目標が表示されない場合
- 履歴画面の「リスト」と「カレンダー」を切り替えて確認してください。
- 設定した通貨は表示形式だけに使用され、記録済みの数値を為替換算しません。
- アプリを削除すると端末内の記録も失われる場合があります。必要に応じて、設定からCSV書き出しを行ってください。
Face IDで開けない場合
- iOSの設定でFace IDが利用可能か確認してください。
- 認証に失敗した場合は、アプリ画面の「Face IDでロック解除」から再試行できます。
リマインダーが届かない場合
- iOSの「設定」からBetWardの通知が許可されているか確認してください。
- BetWardの設定画面で、毎日のリマインダーと通知時刻を確認してください。
広告とプライバシー設定
- 広告は履歴画面と分析画面だけに表示されます。記録追加、衝動対策、かける前に見る画面には表示されません。
- 広告を読み込めない場合も、アプリの記録機能はそのまま利用できます。
- 地域や同意状態に応じて、設定画面に「広告のプライバシー設定」が表示されます。
写真とデータ削除
- 目標編集画面では、選択した写真の変更・削除・表示位置調整ができます。
- 記録や目標は個別に削除できます。設定の「全データ削除」では、すべての記録と目標を削除します。
- 削除操作は取り消せません。
このアプリについて
BetWardは記録と振り返りのためのツールです。ギャンブルサービス、診断、治療、金融助言を提供するものではありません。

BetWard Support
BetWard is an iPhone app for logging days you did not gamble, days you gambled, and days you felt an urge, then reviewing money protected and progress toward your goals.

Records or goals do not appear
- Check both List and Calendar in History.
- The selected currency changes display formatting only; it does not convert previously entered values using exchange rates.
- Removing the app may remove its local records. Use CSV export in Settings when you need a separate copy.
Face ID does not unlock the app
- Confirm that Face ID is available and configured in iOS Settings.
- If authentication fails, use Unlock with Face ID in the app to try again.
Reminders do not appear
- Confirm that notifications are allowed for BetWard in iOS Settings.
- Check the Daily Reminder switch and reminder time in BetWard Settings.
Ads and privacy options
- Ads appear only in History and Insights. They do not appear while adding records, managing urges, or using Before You Bet.
- If an ad cannot load, all record-keeping features remain available.
- Depending on your region and consent status, Ad privacy options appears in Settings.
Photos and data deletion
- You can change, remove, and reposition a selected image from the goal editor.
- You can delete individual records and goals. Delete All Data removes every record and goal.
- Deletion cannot be undone.
