Air Hockey: Cyber Strike is a futuristic 3D air hockey game with CPU matches and simultaneous two-player play on one iPhone.

When contacting support
Please include the app name, device model, iOS version, app version, the screen or match mode involved, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording is helpful for visual or gameplay issues.
App does not launch or becomes unresponsive
Close and reopen the app, then restart the iPhone if the issue continues. Confirm that iOS and the app are up to date. If the issue repeats, send the details listed above.
Sound, haptics, CPU difficulty, or winning score
These options can be changed from Settings. If a setting does not appear to apply, return to Home and start a new match.
Two-player controls
In “2 PLAYERS,” P2 controls the upper half and P1 controls the lower half. Both players can touch and move their mallets at the same time.
Ads and privacy choices
Banner ads may appear on Home and Settings, a native ad may appear during CPU matches, and an interstitial may appear after a completed match. Ads require a network connection and may not always be available. Where required, advertising privacy choices can be changed from the privacy row in Settings.
Accounts, purchases, and data deletion
The app has no account, purchase, or subscription. Preferences are stored only on the device and can be removed by deleting the app. To request deletion of a support email conversation, contact the address above.

お問い合わせ時に記載してほしい情報
アプリ名、端末名、iOSバージョン、アプリバージョン、問題が起きた画面または対戦モード、発生内容をお知らせください。表示やゲーム進行の問題では、スクリーンショットや画面録画があると確認しやすくなります。
起動しない・操作できなくなった場合
アプリを終了して開き直し、改善しない場合はiPhoneを再起動してください。iOSとアプリが最新かもご確認ください。繰り返し発生する場合は、上記の情報を添えてご連絡ください。
サウンド、触覚、CPU難易度、先取点数
これらは設定画面で変更できます。変更が反映されない場合は、一度ホームへ戻って新しい試合を開始してください。
2人対戦の操作
「2人でプレイ」では、P2が画面上側、P1が画面下側を操作します。2人が同時に画面へ触れて、それぞれのマレットを動かせます。
広告とプライバシー設定
ホーム／設定にはバナー広告、CPU対戦中にはネイティブ広告、試合終了後には場合によってインタースティシャル広告が表示されます。広告にはネットワーク接続が必要で、常に表示されるとは限りません。必要な地域では、設定画面のプライバシー項目から広告の選択内容を変更できます。
アカウント、購入、データ削除
本アプリにアカウント、アプリ内課金、サブスクリプションはありません。設定は端末内だけに保存され、アプリを削除すると消去できます。サポートメール履歴の削除は、上記メールアドレスまでご依頼ください。
